Stoicism

To be content with or resigned to the unpleasant or unpleasant facts of life.

Philosopher and educator, Epictetus taught that we should focus on the pleasures and satisfy our desires, while enduring the unpleasant truths of life.

To be Stoic, one must practice accepting the unpleasant, without complaining or flights of fancy.

1. A stoic person is unperturbed by the ups and downs of life. 

2. A stoic person is patient and takes things one step at a time. 

3. A stoic person has a clear mind and is unaffected by emotions. 

4. A stoic person is not overwhelmed by life's challenges and is able to find peace and happiness. 

5. A stoic person is self-disciplined and is able to remain calm in the face of chaos.
