It because of their age.

It's their peak age .

Women are really more happy than men in young ages of their life.

When they turn 18 they'll get more attention from males .

Simps give more attention to them that make them think they are in center of attention and think themselves are beautiful

Even if they're below scale of 1-5.

Its because weak men can't get a girl who is 10 out 10 it's cause they think she is out of their league .

The more attention they get the more they'll think them as higher level.
