Conversation

Now a days people text to others more than talking in life. We choose texting over real conversation. This affects our communication skills.

These things are going to get you into a good conversation.

People see Instagram feeds of effective communication like look in the eyes , listen etc... etc...

This is a crap and some are useful.

1. Don't multitask

People often talk with other by doing something like looking at their phone etc..

This is not a good thing to do.If you're doing that you're not giving value to the person who is talking with you .

2. Don't Argue

Arugment is the only thing that we all should avoid if you even win in a argument you don't win that person's respect  you lose them . So don't arugue in a conversation.

3. Learn 

Everyone you ever met knows something you don't know.

Learn from others.

4. Accept

If the person has a transaction with you in a topic that you don't know. Accept that and learn it from them.

5. Open ended questions 

 What, who, how, when , where etc.. these kind of questions will have a great conversation.

Don't ask a hard question that  will make them feel awkward .

6. Go with the flow 

Don't interfere in middle while talking .

This will create a tension among others.

And they accept your point again.

7. Paying Attention

Don't just act like paying attention. You have to pay attention don't think of a great question that you can ask to them while they're talking.

8.Listen 

A good leader is a great listener.

Don't act like listening . Let them talk . 

This  is a great thing to master .

9. No Details

People don't want your details of place  date etc...

It will be annoying to them to hear all this stuff.

10. Be brief 

Be open with them and talk in a good way.

And from your brief talking they should be able to learn something.

11. Don't equate 

If a person is sharing his pain or experience

Don't equate that with your. Every pain and suffering are individual. That shows they're point of view.

Don't show that you're a great guy  to them .

Everyone has flaws in their life.
