Difference In a Conversation

We all have undergone this kind of situation.
When we tell people to do something they won't follow and do as they wish .
This is because of the conversation you had with them .
We all have only one concept in the mind to make others think that you're right and get an yes....
There is a difference between yes , you're right and that's right in conversation.
People say yes counterfeit and you're right to make you feel good about them and to escape from your conversation.
If you get an yes or you're right in a conversation you have failed.
Step 1: Articulate things from their point of view.
Step 2: Tell them the weakness and fill them up with positivity.
Step 3 :  Tell them the best outcome .
Step 4: Get an that's right .
Remember people don't follow others adivce blindly but when they understand things cleary they follow up .
That's right is better than you're right.
Don't try to win in a argument.
