Honesty

I just found out the best thing for influencing people it's being honest.

Just be honest with others.

This is a part where it make people like you even it is mean to them .

I experienced this alot when people do some mistakes I just have a talk with them secretly and say it to thier face it's wrong .

Some will accept it and some don't it's always the way you say to them .

This make them feel more responsible and they won't do this thing again.

They will respect and follow you .

Being honest means doesn't being mean 

It's a whole another level of self growth.

Remember one thing when you say something a truth or show their mistakes to them you shouldn't be aggressive and dominant in that place ..
