Change your Algorithm

I was first scrolling at my phone longer and longer . I didn't even know what was happening around me . I was left alone and there was nothing I could literally do that scrolling my phone .
We are in a loop . Let me tell you an example if you like cricket  or football  your feed will become full of these sports things .
We all run after the entertainment then ourselves . 
This scrolling of your phone is also a kind of addiction without even knowing you'll just open your phone and watch the reels.
Change the algorithm of your life .
Control these dopamine hitting facts and embrace for activity which gives you less amount of pleasure. You just need to detox your brain 🧠 but how ?
Just fix one day in your week , then in that specific day don't use your phone (only calls) , other activities anything that you do for pleasure. Rewire your brain .
