There is a E:E ratio in our life . That is ENTERTAINMENT: EFFORT ratio.

we all need entertainment in our lives. But all we do is entertain ourselves but no effort. Because effort is hard . Going to gym is hard but scrolling Instagram for hour is easy . 

This ratio is about how much entertainment you get everyday and how much effort do you put everything day.

Simply take piece of paper and write down your doings of today now . If you just read this and don't do it . Its simply waste. 

Write down what to did from time to time and see what are all the productive things . 

And see how much productive you're in your life . Do you wanna die without fullfilling your potential. 

Then do something productive more and track down every thing you do in your life .
