"Fair"

The most power word to be used in a conversation is fair. When you are in a argument use the " fair " word .

It is a positive word . While negotiating with other to buy something that you want. This f-word will be very helpful.

Let me tell you an example .

You're willing to buy a house but you didn't get a good price it is far higher than you thought 

. 

Look there is two view here .

One you want the price to go down which is good for you.

Two the seller wants the price to go up which will make him happy .

We all stop in the place which is good for both of them. So we'll get back very happily.

So when you're in that situation

Use " we've just want what's fair for us " 

And wait for the magic to happen.

We all like to round off money . It is a basic process and it is how our brain works. 

If you're in a negotiation with someone and you offer a price . Always give that price as a odd number and they'll automatically round that off.

Example you give 12,337 to buy a  car.
