What is a fixed Mindset ? 

People who has no willing to learn from others or anything . 

I see many people who are like this . All they just want is their pride. And others need to recognise them as a successful person in life. 

They get as many as compliment from others and avoid the critics . They don't like people who are saying "no" to them and who criticize them .

All they want is to be talented naturally. There is no need for effort to them. If you're like this change your mindset as soon as possible. 

Let me tell you a difference in mindset 

Jeffrey wrote a test in chemistry or maths .

He got low marks . What he did is this he becomes uninterested in the subject and doesn't like to learn it from others. 

Adonis wrote a test in chemistry . He got low mark . What he did is this he learned from his friends and attend the class without fail. And he studied for it . 

From these two guys who get more marks in next test ?

The guy who thinks effort is waste .

The guy who puts effort .
