Organize your time
We all waste time just scrolling shit and watching shit all the time . We have 168 hours for a week.
168-60 hours of sleep - 48 hours of work - 14 hours of eating - 10 for others = 36 hours you got free time in your week .
How much we can do in that much time .
We all chade after entertainment and get attached to it. So it becomes hard for us to suffer and take pain.
You have to organize your time . That is you have to paln all the things for that day at first and after completing each thing . You're on a path to achieve something.
A little step for a day will become a great effort one day.
Plan your day according. Do the things in specific time and place you plan to do . Don't procastinate and use you phone more it makes you feel lethargy and you feel tired and don't want to do it today. Make no excuses just to the organized plan for a month and see the difference in your life.
