Self Hypnosis
What is hypnosis?
It is not a bad thing we can use it to ourselves and people for the good purpose .
It can be a good influence.
A friend is addicted to smoking and he is asking for help .
You can use Hypnosis for it .
The first lesson is self hypnosis.
Who to do it ? It is very easy , like meditation.
First sit in clam place and keep your backbone straight. Don't just lie down and sleep.
Second keep your eye closed . This is due to distractions.
Third deeply breath in and out .
That's it if any thought appear in your mind let that pass away. Don't answer it . Then after getting into a flow state in mediation. You'll get a more clamness .
This is the first part of hypnosis.
