Stress level
We all get stressed by someone or something . Stress in life can be handled in two ways.
One kind is who just stresses and can't control it show more emotions and it make them feel sad , depressed and worry . They will just listen to sad songs and make their time run out.
What these people do is they can't handle it nor let it be . They just want to get away from it , so they choose alcohol,drugs etc.. to escape from reality.
Another kind is where is work their ass off and handle their stress perfectly and they won't lose discipline or motivation to do things . They just don't care how much pain is inflicted upon them .
They just try to solve the problems and make it better and better by day . So one day it will be a good positive thing in his life.
Which one do you choose?
Study has shown that people who live longer are they onces who handled stress well in their life.
