Why can't you do that

We always have a goal that is set and we work for it . But sometimes we get bored or tired of it , because it isn't making anything good. 
First you have to believe in the process and then what you're doing is you set a goal work for it and feel like shit even when you do it. 
Make your fear the biggest weapon in your life. 
" What if I don't stop this habit now ? "
" What if I don't work for the future? "
Get the fear out by asking yourself what if questions and see what hear what your minds says and follow .
That will also give you some negative thinking and you just need to prove to yourself that these thoughts never occur.
Make your fear into process .
