When the hard part starts to come is after day seven of stopping the addiction. The urges will be more and you'll get more temptation to do it . In between those days you be more confident . 

Sometimes the confidence level drops in poeple after ten days because it normalises the body . But after two weeks you won't get high urges . Even if you get urges you can simply control it . And after twenty one days you'll be free of that habit . That's what is takes to quit . Seems easy right, try it !
