One Habit : To Change Your Mindset

This one habit will give you a brief structure of who you are and what you need to do in your life. That is journaling. You may say to yourself that you don't have time to write or you are not a writer. That is all wrong you have to fix a time for that, you have plenty of tie to scroll your phone but don't you have twenty minutes everyday to change your life. You can write, if you read this you can write absolutely. 

Journaling is good your your mind, you will get a clear picture of your life and what you think. You can write all the things happened today and what are the things you want to make a change. How you should have spoke in a clam way, you can reflect on your thoughts well. Then you ca write about things that are running in your mind. Write anything you would like to happen in your life. Take the pen and try it for just 20 minutes everyday and see the results after just four days.

And notice the things which have changed in you.
