The Auto Pilot Mode : Flow State
You wake up in the morning and the second thing you do in the morning is take your phone and scroll on social media endlessly. You make it a habit and you don't even know that you have this kind of habit. So, we all have this kind of habit and some may be good and some may be bad. Like you wake up and take a bath. It is a good habit, when you do a habit at a specific time and you don't even have to think about it. Its called as the auto pilot mode.
When this mode is acquired by you, you may be good well if you have adopted good habits or you go down into the rut if it is a bad one. So, every time when you do a habit and you have to think for only the long term goals not the immediate pleasure you get from it.
Make a list of habit you need to do from morning to night and see what are the habits you need to change and replace it with a good ones. If you have some good habits already, you can keep it as it is. Don't eneter into the state of flow with bad once. You'll regret later on in life.
