Mind On Fire : the way of Discipline
How to be
disciplined? Take for example you wake up every day and you brush your teeth. That
is a good habit and you are doing it every day. It takes time to make a habit.
But once you have made it and you can’t be stopped. You can’t become better
unless you make change of your habits. You can think your life is full of fun
and enjoyment but there is one thing you a missing in your life. No body wants
to be weak in this world. They have to show their strength in some way.
You wish
you could do better but you can’t change. One day you feel like you are going
to conquer this world but the next day you have fun. There must be consistency
in development. You just can’t spark and spark your mind to do something every
day. Your mind has to be fixed in a state and you can build yourself easily.
You can get
motivated after certain period of time and everything in your life starts to
fall apart. If you really want something in your life and you just do it every
single day without any kind of distractions. You will achieve it in no time. Imagine
that you want to become an artist, you start to draw things every day.
You can get
motivated and start to work on something that you really want in life. But are
you consistent? Motivation is like a rage of fire. It burns high sometimes and sometimes
it does not burn that well. But developing a discipline is more useful because
you will do your work every day no matter what your circumstances will be. This
hits different level of game.
Your mind
must be in hell of fire. It also must be stable. The fire can rise up and give motivation.
But it must be also stable when there is no motivation. Your mind must be on
fire for you to do the hard things every day. A person only with motivation,
will do things only when he is motivated towards. But a disciplined person does
the work no matter how he feels or thinks. That is the main difference between
these two.
How to be disciplined?
Make it a
habit. That is a simple way to be disciplined. Without evening knowing or
thinking you get up and brush your teeth. Like that you have to make a habit
you like. Do it every single day and don’t take any days off. Soon you will get
on the path you like.
