Fear of Death : Path to real Freedom

What do you think about death? Death is inevitable and we cannot do anything about it. It is your life and it is ending one minute at a time. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. Losing just one of those seconds can change the outcome of your day and, potentially, your life.  There are many quotes about time and wasting time.

We all are heading towards one end and that is death. So, we have one life and we can enjoy what every we want in our life. No, you can’t drink every day and smoke pot every day. We can enjoy sometimes too but we have shit to do. How to view death then? What will people remember about you when you are dead? How will your son or daughter think of you when you are dead?

People are not ready to die sometimes because they are scared. They fear death. Then how to fighters do not fear it. Because they are facing it every day and they show their skill. Their mind will be always ready for anything. This mentality is not only for the warriors but also some women don not fear death when they want to protect their children. Some men do not fear death when they want to save their family. At that specific time, we won’t fear anything. But what if you never fear it anymore?

When you start to be clear and always ready to face death that is when you start to do things in your life. I was scared of speaking in front of people, do it anyways because nothing is going to happen. The maximum punishment is death. And do not think death as cursed thing, it is also a freedom from the reality. Accept the fact that you hear beat will stop one day. You don’t know when that will happen until that you have many things to conquer.

Be ruthless, do the things you are afraid to do and see it for yourself. Either you die trying it or you win. But both of these parts you are not afraid of anything. People you love is going to die and you have to overcome it too. All these things make you stronger and build more resilience in your mind. Get ready to face more reality.
