Staying Calm in crisis : Stoicism

Being calm in every situation or in a crisis is a hard thing to do. You can say that you can be calm. But are you really calm? If you show anger to other you are not calm. Anger is a thing which you can control but people don't really care about it. They make mistakes while they are angry. I will give you some tips to stay calm in crisis.

Then how can we stay calm? That is easy for some people and for some it might be hard. Start with yourself, what are the things that make you angry? List it out and see for yourself.

People might do something to make you angry but you have to stay calm even in that situation. 
One of my friend is so annoying that every people will get angry or frustrated by him because he simply asks too much questions. But that is his nature and I accepted it. And I answer his reasonable questions sometimes. Otherwise I will stay put. 
If you get angry with other you are losing a battle within yourslef. Your inner peace might be distruped and you will shout or hurt others/yourself. 

Staying calm in crisis
Anger shows weakness and you can be controllled when you are angry easily. So, here is a top for you to stay clam. First take a deep breath and think about the situation. What might be the best thing you can do to dodge it or solve it. 
If you make mistakes you have to angry with yourslef and blame yourself for it not others. A man who is a friend to everyone is a enemy to himself.
Meditation can help you think clearly in difficult areas. You will be able to make good decisions very easily if you stay calm. Stay calm with others and stay hard with yourself.
