Many people in social media post about fitness and their development. People ask them doubts and get clarified by these fitness influencers. We all like speed process. We want to get rich fast; we want to be fit fast. Everything must happen fast for us. Many people want to lose weight fast. First thing you have to understand is there is no shortcuts in life. These shortcuts are made because they want to fool people.  Why can’t it be hard?

If you take tablets to lose weight fast, you will gain weight fast after completing the tablets. This cycle will happen until you die. Feel the pain, all those pains you come under will make you stronger. This may cause may side effects but the only thing that doesn’t cause side effect is working out naturally and consuming good food. Many people even go for operation like liposuction and many things. You gained weight naturally so; you have to lose weight naturally. You can take supplements to help you in that process. It can give you more energy but taking shortcut will cost you more than you think.

Getting fit and staying fit will be hard but you can do it in your own way. There are lot of fake influencers making money by selling useless articles and fake supplements to people. Many people think that if you go to gym, you can get bulk easily. You cannot bulk like body builders unless you take steroids and supplements. You don’t need to take supplements if you are just doing it for fitness. You don’t need to have great muscles but all you need is to look fit.

Prefer food more than supplements. Supplements can also be taken but natural body is more than enough. Weight training may cause injury sometimes if not done with proper training. So, be careful doing it. Weight training is best work out to gain muscle. There is only fifteen percent of workout and the balance is in your diet. New people who don’t know about fitness think that they can get big if they work out well. You have to eat big to get bulked. It can increase you bone density and strength easily.

Cardiovascular Training

This is very intense workout. It contains workout like running, jogging and many other things. These are very hard things to do than weight training. It is best to take some cardio at times because it can make you push yourself more. You will be able to push the mental barrier in your mind. Your body can do more things than you imagine but you just stop and get tired in your mind soon.

Martial arts many focuses on stamina and cardiovascular training. Why people like Mike Tyson, Joe Rogan and David Goggins look young but their age seems higher? It is because of high cardiovascular training.  When you do this training, you sweat a lot and make your body more tired. This improves blood circulation and makes you skin healthier. It also improves your mood and make you stress low. It removes the waste and toxins in from your body.

Diet

It is something that many people make mistakes. If you are gaining weight in a healthy way, you can have some cheat meal in your diet sometimes. But if you are losing weight, you have to be mentally strong and you have to control your tongue too.

Some guys like myself I came to point in life where I just worked out every day, slept well and eat well. This was my daily routine I will do no other things than lifting. But fitness is one part of the life. If you are trying to make yourself something in that field you can spend a lot of time in it. But if you just doing it for staying fit. You just have to spend a correct amount of time to it not very less or not very high. We all have different types of jobs and stay in different places.

Fitness can be a good thing that everyone must approach. There are also two more things added to that. That is family and financial freedom. You don’t have to be rich straight but you can be somewhat free when you have money. We study many things in our life and we think that we have completed our studying when we completed our college graduation. But we are not stopping there, it is the starting part of our life. We learn about life after that, we learn how to talk with others and how to work in a place. We learn to maintain our relationship with the family and may more things. So, what is stopping you from learning about money. You if you more about it, you can earn more of it.

No one cares more about you than your family. Where there is love there will be hate. When any of your family members quarrel and shout at you for something. They are proving that they want you to be good in some ways. So, you have to take care of them more than anything.

If you have all these in your life, there is no happy man without you. You can be happy without it even too. But you will need these things in your life at some point. These things are also connected I some ways. You will be happy if you can provide for someone well. To provide someone well, you need financial freedom. So, you have to put your work into earning money. To earn money well you have to be healthy and strong both physically and mentally. You can enjoy the fruits of your labor later.
